Preparing for Your Visit

The goal is for you to do as little as possible! However, a few small steps help me give you the best treatment: • Hair: Please come with dry hair that hasn't been washed that day. The natural oils help me assess your true scalp condition. • Products: Avoid gels, heavy sprays, or root powders on the day of your appointment. • Clothing: Wear a loose, comfortable top. Open necklines are best, and please avoid hoodies so I can easily massage your neck and shoulders. • Jewellery: You will be asked to remove earrings and necklaces to allow for flowing massage movements.
No. For your safety and the health of your hair, I cannot perform treatments on clients with extensions (including tapes, bonds, or weave). The deep cleansing, oils, and massage techniques can damage the bonds or cause matting. Tip: Book your spa day in between extension fittings - it's the perfect way to deep-clean your scalp before a new install!

Health & Safety

Your wellbeing is my priority. Please check with your doctor or contact me before booking if you have: • Open wounds, cuts, or active infections on the scalp • Severe flare-ups of psoriasis or eczema • Recent head, neck, or facial surgery • Untreated high blood pressure or heart conditions • Pregnancy: Treatments are not suitable during the first trimester. After that, we can adjust the treatment safely - just let me know.
If you have a fever, migraine, or a contagious illness, please stay home and rest. The stimulation of a head spa can sometimes make these conditions feel worse.

Booking & Aftercare

You will leave with your hair clean, soft, and damp. We focus on the health of the scalp rather than salon styling. If you have a busy day ahead, feel free to bring a brush or light styling product, though most clients love leaving their hair natural and airy.
Payment: To secure your booking, payment is processed securely online via card at the time of reservation using our 'Book Now' buttons. Alternatively, if you book your appointment in person, payment can be made immediately at the time of booking using cash or card. Cancellations: I understand life happens. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. • More than 24 hours: Your deposit can be transferred to a new date. • Less than 24 hours/No Show: Unfortunately, the deposit is forfeited as I cannot fill the appointment time on short notice.
